JOB PROFILE
A.   Functions /  Key Responsibilities: -
1)    Operational Activities: -
·        Successfully implement sales & marketing strategies, plans for increasing Sales turnover and margin growth and credit control
·        Responsible for higher employee efficiency.
·        Primary responsibility is to identify and establish sales network throughout the country
·        Driving sales initiatives to achieve targeted numbers by managing the sales team to achieve them
·        Proven experience in developing new business in all regions
·        Track, analyze & monitor market trends, competition and customer preference to proactively fine tune the sales strategies and increase market penetration
·        Motivate, guide & support the Sales team to achieve pre-set monthly, quarterly & yearly sales target.
·        Conceptualize Regular reporting mechanisms across levels
·        Responsible for overseeing all client management processes including planning, selling, delivery and management in India.
·        Support HR in hiring of sales & marketing professionals
·        Conceptualize and implement image building/marketing activities for the Company
·        Travelling to various places and identify key markets and identify potential dealers
·        Negotiating commercials and other aspects and appoint them as our channel partners.
·        Educating channel partners/dealers on the product advantages and sales technique
·        Prepare a dealer policy, channel structure, credit policies and sales strategy in place
·        Handling dealer appointments, agreements, incentives and monitor their activity
·        Motivating  channel partners to increase sales volume in this segments
·        Anticipating and forecasting sales generation from channels
·        Ensuring smooth execution of orders and dispute management
·        MIS reports to be prepared for decision making as and when required by the management.

2)    Personality Attributes / Skills: -
·        Excellent Oral, Written, Interpersonal Communication and Presentation Skills
·        Proven Consistent track record of achieving, exceeding targets. Should have handled target of minimum 20 crores;
·        Good at evolving and driving high end sales strategies, internal sales processes to increase market penetration
·        Ability to build and mentor a high achieving team and take them along in meeting the targets
·        Proven Commercial & Negotiation Skills
·        Strong Networking and Relation building skills
·        Balanced task and person orientation
·        Strong sense of business ethics
