JOB PROFILE
Important Note -  1) Any manufacturing experience person will be ok ,not required same product knowledge.  2) Required only Graduate / undergraduate or diploma holder with mechanical background. 4) should have must be experience in CNC ROUTER Machine programming experience.  3) BE mechanical Candidate not required. A.   Functions /  Key Responsibilities: - 1)    Operational Activities: - ·        Understanding  Sales Order Form and accordingly plan production alongwith production manager ·        Issue Job Orders to Supervisors and monitor progress on production ·        Monitor day to day production activities ·        To monitor quality standards and adherence to SOP’s ·        Quality Control and Quality Assurance ·        Identify bottleneck and finding solution to reduce time and cost implications ·        Assist production manager in all his activities ·        Prepare Daily and Monthly production related reports ·        Prepare Daily Raw material Inward and Issue Report ·        Prepare Daily Dispatch Report ·        Prepare Raw material and Finished Goods stock statement every month ·        Maintain Records as per ISO norms and standards ·        Co-ordinate with multiple units for production related issues ·        Co-ordination with sales team and updating them about order status ·        Man management and motivation of supervisors and supporting workforce ·        Prepare drawings on AutoCAD, as and when required ·        Regular upkeep of shop floor and preventive maintenance of machines ·        Undertake development of SPM’s (Special Purpose Machines). ·        Developing new vendors and maintaining vendor relations for routine consumables and spares ·        Developing new jigs and fixtures to assist workforce ·        Preparation of various MIS reports ·        Co-ordinate with Logistic Manager for daily dispatches. ·        Look into overall functioning of the unit 2)    Personality Attributes / Skills: - ·        Should have good man management skills to handle supervisors and workers. ·        Knowledge of local language and good interpersonal skills is a must. ·        Logical thinker ·        Systematic planner, organized and process oriented. ·        Ability to monitor production activity and quality as desired ·        Knowledge of commercial terms and aspects ·        Conversant with MS-Office, Outlook, Web 3)    Measures of Effectiveness: - ·        Improving production efficiency ·        Value additions in terms of cost savings ·        Any alternative mechanisms to reduce work ·        Production planning and worker allocation ·        Reduce Number of rejections ABOUT THE COMPANY-         XYZ PVT LTD is one of the India’s leading manufacturers of Fibre Reinforced Plastics (FRP) products like manhole covers, moulded gratings, pultruded profiles, etc. XYZ was incorporated in the year 2009 in Mumbai with an objective of manufacturing and offering world class innovative FRP products to overcome challenges faced by traditional materials like steel, cast iron, cement concrete, etc.  XYZ PVT LTD  is a pioneer in manufacturing and introducing FRP manhole covers in the Indian market.
