JOB PROFILE
1)    Job Objective: -
·        This role is primarily responsible for Factory Recruitment, Policies, General Administration of Factory and Statutory compliance of Factory.

2)    Principal Accountabilities: -
A.   IR / HR Activities: -
·        Responsible for Liasioning with govt. departments and Managing all Govt. Inspection and Audit.
·        Contract Labour Management and Wage settlements of Contractors.
·        Issue Offer letter, Appointment letter, Confirmation letter, salary slip, ID Cards / Punching Card, Leave Card etc.
·        Maintaining & Updating all statutory compliances and Submission of all statutory returns.
·        Implementing IR / HR Policy & Practices.
·        PMS, Manpower Planning, Employee Engagement, Reward and Recognition etc.
·        Salary and Wage administration, Budgeting of IR & Admin expenses and Cost control.
·        Maintain the database of Employees Joined, Resigned & Retired cases.
·        Full & Final settlement of resigned employees.
·        Query Handling / Resolution of Grievance.
·        Taking care of Factory Recruitments.
·        Regularly monitoring and generating MIS.
·        Training and Development activities of Staff and Workers.

B.   Admin Activities: -
·        Reorganizing the Administrative systems for smooth and systematic functioning. 
·        Supervising overall Factory Housekeeping activities, Security and managing all Guest Houses. 
·        Ensuring proper discipline at factory in terms of worker dress, safety shoes, goggles, etc.
·        Managing various Insurance related to Staff / Worker / Vehicles / Machineries / Factory etc
·        Maintain safety at work. Also managing all safety equipments and licenses renewals.
·        Maintaining contracts of AC, Chairs, EPBX, Xerox, etc.
·        Maintenance of Factory Vehicles. 
·        Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
·        Monitor costs and expenses related to Administration to assist in budget preparation.
·        Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and transportation.
·        Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning, shed extension etc.)
·        Apart from the above responsibilities, candidate will have to execute any other responsibility given by the Directors as and when required.
