JOB PROFILE
NOTE - Candidate should be Must have capacity to handling 350 manpower  1)     Should be working in Production Department and should know importance of planning to deliver production in time. 2)     Should have knowledge of reading mechanical and electrical drawings and know basic care to be taken for assembly of electrical fans and motors. 3)     Adequate knowledge to maintain inventory of all parts and to maintain stock level so that assembly doesn’t suffer due to shortages. 4)     Should maintain overall discipline in production assembly. 5)     Should implement changes to avoid bottlenecks in production and assembly department. 6)     Ensure preventive maintenance is being done timely to avoid breakdowns which may affect production of fan and motors. 7)     Implement and work according to improvements advised from time to time to upgrade quality. 8)     Instruct Monitors in assembly line and achieve production target given by Management. 9)     Should have the skill to increase Production. 10)Able to develop the system for automation. 11)Able to analyse the root cause of rejection during Production. 12)Able to materialise the manufacturing process & its awareness around the team leaders handling the Production. 13)Having 3/4 years earlier experience on the floor shop (Monitor/Supervisor/HOD) 14)Should ensure the safety of the workers, machinery & goods. ABOUT THE COMPANY             XYZ was Established in 1984 with Foreign Technical Collaboration with M/s.XYZ, Korea.             Today XYZ is self independent to develop in-house BLDC Motor and Energy Saving Fan & Motor. 90% Production is in-house to have consistency in quality & price competitiveness.             As on 2017, company is manufacturing 2.5 millions fans and motors and by 2020 company will be manufacturing 5 millions fans and motors.
