JOB PROFILE
1)    Capable of using Electrical & Mechanical testing and measuring instruments. 2)    Capable of doing Electrical parameters inspection of Fans and Motors & feeding the values in computer. 3)    Good communication skill and computer literate. 4)    Capable of identifying faults in Fans & Motors and play active role in taking corrective actions. 5)    Should have passion for new development of products & should play active role in such projects. 6)    Capable of preparing PPT on computer and should enforce improvement from time to time to avoid failure of our products. 7)    Clear concept of electrical parameters is expected for quick judgment and decision on certain electrical derivatives during R & D process. 8)    Knowledge of metallurgy to deal with failures of Fans & Motors. 9)    Capable of reading Mechanical & Electrical drawings. ABOUT THE COMPANY             XYZ was Established in 1984 with Foreign Technical Collaboration with M/s.XYZ, Korea.             Today XYZ is self independent to develop in-house BLDC Motor and Energy Saving Fan & Motor. 90% Production is in-house to have consistency in quality & price competitiveness.             As on 2017, company is manufacturing 2.5 millions fans and motors and by 2020 company will be manufacturing 5 millions fans and motors.
