JOB PROFILE-
1)     Candidate to have minimum 1-2 years of experience in client servicing in event management/ advertising.
2)     Experience in Event/ Advertising industry is a must.
3)     A thorough knowledge of the happenings in the industry is a must.
4)     Experience or a known- methodology of developing relations with existing vendors for execution of Activation, Events, Exhibitions Etc.
5)     Good communication and understanding skills in terms of BTL, Events, MICE or media requirements of clients.
6)     Ensuring a coordination with servicing & creative team and keeping a check on time lines.
7)     Excellent Existing & Other Vendor relations for credit in payment
8)     Good reporting of an event at pre-event and post-event levels.
9)     Ability to proactively strategies events for corporate / business connect / benefit
10)Excellent planning & implementation of wide array of events of varied scope (small to large)

13)Manage all aspects of events & Promotion needs and design, staff, collateral, vendors, invoices, schedules and time-lines, etc.

15)Maintain calendar of events and implement a system which enables and anticipates long term planning and effective event management
16)Provide post event analysis, budget gaps and client feedback and incorporate learning into future plans
17)Agreeing to and managing a budget; Securing and booking a suitable venue or location.
18)Coordinating venue management, caterers, stand designers, contractors and equipment hire
19)Planning room layouts and the entertainment event, scheduling workshops and demonstrations
20)Coordinating suppliers, handling client queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly;
21)Overseeing the dismantling and removal of the event and clearing the venue efficiently;
22)Post-event evaluation (including data entry and analysis and producing reports for event stakeholders
