JOB PROFILE

1)
Job
Objective: -
·
This role is
primarily responsible for inspection, quality check and setting procedures
for quality.
2)
Principal
Accountabilities: -
·
Complete
inspection of fabricated and machined jobs at In-house and outsourced jobs at
vendor place.
·
Carrying out
inspection at various stages like Incoming, in process and final inspection
before dispatch.
·
Non Conformity
Analysis i. e. CAPA for nonconformities.
·
Should have
knowledge of power coating process and various test related with powder
coating components.
·
Making reports
of inspected jobs and utilization of SAP OR ERP
·
Welding
inspection using NDT techniques and review NDT reports.
·
Vendor visit
& Vendor development.
·
Usage of
various measuring instruments and their calibration (like Micrometers
(Internal / External), vernire calliper, height gauge, bore gauge, slip
gauges, filler gauges, combination set, depth micrometer, straight gauge etc.
·
Usage of
surface tester, rubber lining leak detector, thickness gauge, DFT/coat meter,
·
Follow the
Quality Assurance Plans, WPS, PQR, & WPQ
·
Conducting WPQ
and PQR ‘s test for welder in the
plant as well as at vendor site.
·
Familiar with
welding processes like SMAW, GTAW, FCAW, GMAW and SAW.
·
Maintaining
records of inspection reports, documentation for ISO.
·
Handling Third
Party Inspection as well as customer inspection.
·
To monitor
vendor’s Performance to Achieve Excellence.
·
Conducting
Process, Product & QM System audits for continuous improvement.
