Responsibilities 1) Should be capable of heading a team of
works & quality inspectors. 2) Preparing specification for RM &
products. 3) Testing of samples as per
specification & standard testing procedure. 4) Preparing testing components required. 5) Preparation of report and certificate
of analysis. 6) Standardizing methods. 7) Performing process capability studies. 8) Performing analytical method
validation. 9) Should have thorough knowledge on ISO
9001:2008 process. 10)
Should
be capable of process improvement / process optimizing. 11)
Technology
upgrading like automation, instrumentation etc. 12)
Knowledge
of Six sigma, Kaizan, Analysis tools etc. 13)
Knowledge
of CAPA, PPAP, APQP, SPC and other quality management system tools. |
