JOB Responsibility · Sourcing, Recruiting, Interviewing and Hiring of candidates. · Maintain a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys, assessment of employees, appraisals and conducting job evaluations. · Started the process of PF & ESIC of employees and now handle all the formalities related them. · Started HR department in the company and handling team of 1 recruiter. · Prepare pay budgets and recommending, planning & implementing pay structure revisions. · Counseling managers/supervisors on candidate selection, recommending changes and analyzing exit interviews. · Handling the team of 50-70 employees. · Ensure planning, monitoring and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees. · Arrange the Meeting, Training for Employee and Staff, iso Documentation · Salary Calculation of Employee · Time – to- time monitoring employee’s performance and taking feedback from their seniors. · Head of 4 Departments – Training, Development, Research & Quality. · Execution Manager for Corporate trainings. · Create and conduct training programs, on job training, induction and soft skills as per process requirement. | ||
