Job Title

HR And Admin Executive

Responsibilities-

1)    Payroll

·        Collect and process time and attendance.

·        Prepare for employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software.

·        Assist in Payroll processes managed by Third party Payroll Company.

·        Do timely follow-up with Accounts Team ensuring timely payment of HR Compliances.

·        Ensure proper filing of HR Documents and maintain Employee information banks.

·        Report on payroll expenses.

·        Ensure Salary and Investment Declaration comply with regulations

·        Handling Employee Leave Management.

·        Enter new employees’ data (e.g. bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases.

·        Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes and insurance deductions

2)    Recruitment

·        Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media

·        Participate in candidate sourcing efforts

·        Assist teams in screening resumes

·        Conduct initial phone screens

·        Schedule calls and interviews

·        Manage calendar for all hiring teams and candidates

·        Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for interviews

·        Send out all bulk email (e.g. confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails) and handle paperwork (e.g. offer letters)

·        Participate in recruiting events

·        Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

 3)    Compliance

·        Managing timely Ghumasta renewal for Head Office and Retail Stores.

·        Handling PF, ESIC and PT Related compliance documentation

·        Assist in preparing Gratuity provisions.

·        Collecting and Managing Employees Income Tax declaration supporting documentation

 Skill Requirements

·        Familiarity with the entire HR lifecycle

·        Tech-savvy – Proficiency in Excel Formulas, Letter Drafting skills

·        Excellent communication skills

·        Ability to juggle multiple calendars

·        Problem-solving aptitude and self-motivated

·        Critical-thinking skills.
