Job Details & Responsibilities:
- 1. Managing timely and safe production and dispatch of material as per
the order received by you after the approvals of your superiors 2. Maintain quality of product by checking for its properties in lab.
Uphold products to high Standards of packaging. Make recommendation for the
same. 3. Co-coordinating activities for dispatch of material as per the order
4. Compliance of all the statutory formalities required during the
dispatch of material from the Factory 5. Keeping complete records of Production, Dispatch, stocks and quality
check 6. Keeping records of Managerial and Non-managerial staff in the
factory and compliance of all the laws in the course 7. Managing workers under you and making sure safe production practices
are followed in plant in compliance with various health and safety bodies of
government 8. Keeping records of maintenance in plant 9. Do regular audit of plant and identify hazards and if it requires
any maintenance or upgradation. Make recommendation for the same 10. Ensure proper hygiene and clean working space inside the plant as
well as in the lab 11. Receive raw materials, quantify it and test for its properties in
lab 12. Research into new product formulation 13. Develop new analytical methods in lab 14. Keep yourself updated with American Petroleum Institute and Indian
Standard for Lubricants 15. Engineer product formulation and production parameters such as
temperature, time, rpm of mixing to suit customer application 16. Inform purchase department about requirement of raw materials in
timely manner considering the time it takes to place order and for its
delivery 17. Prepare documents such as standard operating procedure (SOP), Batch
card, Maintenance logbook, product
formulation documents, etc. 18. Develop a robust system for production in plant which includes
developing batch cards and getting appropriate signatures 19. Come up with new research projects which helps company to diversify
its portfolio and also improve its current processes. Write Project Plans for
the same and ensure they are executed in safe and timely manner. 20. Record all experiments done in lab in a digital notebook with
attention to details 21. Report on weekly basis to your senior about research progress and
operations of the plant. |
