ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER

Note- First preference between Borivali to Andheri candiate

Job Details & Responsibilities  

1) Administering day-to-day accounting functions taking into consideration all the compliance part including Taxation and Accounting Standards.

2) Working knowledge in GST & TDS compliances and remaining abreast of latest amendments.

3) TDS – Salary & non-Salary quarterly returns, TDS / TCS – applicability/deduction/ liability discharge, Traces TDS Portal Knowledge.

4) GST - Monthly calculation - payments and returns – with GSTR1 (Filing Outward sales) & GSTR3B calculation for companies – (States wise), RCM calculation for companies and group members.

5) GST Reconciliation – for GST Input Credit – GSTR2A with System and Portal.

6) Issue of VAT – ONLINE ledger for the parties thru Mahavat.gov.in as and when required

7) Prepare, examine and analyze accounting records/financial statements/accounts receivable/accounts payable, petty cash etc.

8) Handling all banking communications and compliances.

9) Checking of Bank Reconciliation, pending entries, Ledger entries etc.

10) Preparing of MIS reports on monthly/ quarterly as per requirements.

11) Identify and resolve all variances before submitting to Finance Manager.

12) Maintaining cordial relations with collogues, other teams and clients.

13) Ability to work with deadlines.

14) Ability to adapt to new challenges, changing tax laws and compliances.
