& Responsibilities Note – Candidate Should Gujarati only & Must have passport , Fluent in English , visa , Accommodation & food provide by company 1.Monitoring of Day-to-day entries in books of accounts. 2. Inward & outward remittances & Local Payments. 3. Bank Reconciliations 4. Stock Reconciliations 5. Continuous co-ordination with other group companies & inter company reconciliations. 6. Debtors & Creditors aging. 7. Finalization of Books of Accounts. 8. Co-ordination with Statutory Auditors 9. Preparation of monthly MIS & Budgeting Reports for Management. 10. Understand the Software & continuous implementation of System & Reports. 11. Compliance of all the statutory payments done. B. Related to Finance 1. Liasoning & Negotiating with Bankers. 2. Funding Arrangements 3. Import & Export remittances 4. Preparation of MIS Reports & CMA &
other reports for Banks & Management. C. Related to Admin: 1. Payment of Utility & Other Bills 2. Reconciliation of Utility Bills. About the
