Develop plans and strategies for developing new
business and achieving the company’s sales goals. ·
Locate opportunities to expand client base. ·
Networks with prospective clients to persuade them to
bring their business to the company. ·
Meets with existing clients to discuss a company’s
products and services. ·
Establish and foster partnerships and relationships
with key customers both externally and internally. ·
Works to foster lasting relationships with client base. ·
Sets specific quarterly or annual sales goals. ·
Works to ensure sales and productivity goals are met. ·
Managing & Leading Sales Team & Overseeing
their activity. ·
Managing individual and team quotas. ·
Define sales processes that drive desired sales
outcomes and identify improvements where and when required ·
Presents information regarding clients and sales at
company meetings. ·
Devises new and innovative ways to market products and
services. ·
Attend Exhibitions & Conferences. ·
Leads in-house seminars and workshops to help improve
the effectiveness and productivity of the sales team. ·
Assists in designing marketing and promotional
materials both in print and online. ·
Conducts independent research into target consumer
base. ·
Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and
provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions. ·
Travel for in-person meetings with customers and
partners and to develop key relationships. |
