 Service Coordinator or Sales Coordinator or Customer service Executive  (Fluent English)

JOB DETAILS

1)    Candidate must be fluent in English 

2)    Spare parts coordination (Handling enquiries, quotation, order confirmation, payment collection, shipping details and relevant tracking of all elements including target versus achievement)

3)    Coordinating service calls amongst manager, engineer, customer, head of India

4)    Tracking for replacement as well as failed parts-update all relevant documents

5)    Handling and maintaining zonal loan base warehouse as per defined flow chart, update all related documents

6)    Preparing all daily, weekly and monthly reports.

7)    Maintaining and updating machine and customer data base.

8)    Arranging logistics

9)    Tracking various other details as required from time to time

Note – We required local Candidate Who is able easy  travel to Bhayander location
