Achieving the target given by the company. §
Appointment of C&F / Distributors/Stockiest
at district level /Major City’s level as per the terms of the company. §
At Managerial level you are required to develop
the sales team as well. §
Taking care of Primary & Secondary Sales for
the Territory Assigned. §
Ensuring achievement of monthly Sales &
Collection targets. §
Achieving 100% penetration in the market-
increasing the no. of distributors & retailers in the assigned
markets. §
Preparing & Compiling the Standard Daily
Routine MIS and Monthly Sales Review MIS. §
Keeping an eye on the Primary & Secondary
stocks. §
Organizing the Painters / Contractor meets as per
requirements. §
Taking care of BTL/ATL – Marketing activities. |
