Job Details §  MDO / Jr. Sales Officer- handling the sales of two–three major districts having experience of minimum 2-3 years. Achieving the target given by the company. §  Taking care of Primary & Secondary Sales for the Territory Assigned. §  Ensuring achievement of monthly Sales & Collection targets. §  Achieving 100% penetration in the market- increasing the no. of retailers in the assigned markets.  §  Preparing the Standard Daily Routine MIS and Monthly Sales Review MIS. §  Keeping an eye on the secondary stocks. §  Organizing the Painters / Contractor meets as per requirements. §  Taking care of BTL/ATL – Marketing activities.
