Job Details 1) Good knowledge about injection
Moulding machine 2) Execution of daily, weekly / monthly
production plan. 3) To assist Production Manager to take
corrective and preventive actions based on IPC test and customer complaints. 4) To co-ordinate with area supervisor of
other department for related activities. 5) To check the documents of
mixing/rubber department. 6) Process control and documentation of
production related activities. 7) To check the GMP effectiveness &
housekeeping in mixing/Rubber molding area. 8) To Co-ordinate with maintenance
department for breakdown or maintenance of machine. 9) To train the operator / helpers on
related activities. 10)
Co-ordination
with QA for maintaining BMR. 11)
To
assist Production manager in the up gradation and new equipment’s in the
plant. 12)
To
identify and procure resources requirements in mixing area. 13)
To
identify the needs of training among the mixing area workman and impart the
training. 14)
To
carry out statistical techniques and implement them. |
