He should have experience in sales and marketing in industries like fashion and accessories. v Appoint, Manage, & Train Team to achieve business growth. v Handling Key Accounts and Modern Trade like D-Mart, Spencer, Big Bazaar, Reliance Trend, ABRL, Max Hyper, and More. v Achieving Tertiary and Primary target on Daily & Monthly basis. v SWOT analysis of the competition followed by corrective actions to win the business. v Manage, motivate & guide sales team to achieve growth & profitability. v Should be able to handle promoters in the modern trade outlets.. v Supervising the revenue & operations for maintaining functional stability of the company. v Conducting promotional activity on regular basis. v Needs to be comfortable with field sales. v May have to travel to other cities for customer meetings. v Sell Luggage products and services to current and potential clients. v Establish customers' needs and demonstrate products/solutions to them. v Develop leads from the market.
