JOB PROFILE
Note - Candidate Should have Must Min.5 year Experience In any manufacturing company 1. Implementation & Maintaining of Tally ERP system 2. Managing and supervising all the finance and accounts functions and to ensure proper maintenance of accounting systems of the Company. 3. Statutory compliance's including income tax, GST, Advance Tax, TDS, Works Contractors Tax, Professional Tax etc. or any other as required. 4. Dealing with company bankers for current and future fund requirements  5. Compilation of information for statutory, GST and assessment proceedings 6. Interactions with auditors and other statutory organizations. 7. Attending income tax, GST and other taxation & export/import assessment proceedings 8. Preparing weekly and monthly MIS 9. Preparation of cash flow and Budgets 10. Processing of bills payments 11. Drafting contracts and agreements with suppliers, vendors and customers 12. Interactions with various departments for their budgetary requirements and commercial guidance for ongoing and future contracts. 13. Preparing & finalizing of balance sheet & P&L a/c etc. 14. Preparing provisional balance sheet & P&L a/c etc. for a period of three / five years to generate the estimated/expected revenue earning or the financial position ahead 15. Handling & Training subordinates.
