JOB PROFILE
Retired persons can also be considered 1.       Provides technical direction for the development, design, and systems integration across multiple client engagements from definition phase through implementation. 2.       Applies significant knowledge of industry trends and developments to improve service to our clients. 3.       Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions. 4.       Suggests alternative technical solutions to meet client requirements more efficiently, and/or with greater reusability, and / or longer life 5.       Manages multiple technical teams within budget and project schedule. 6.       Assists in sales efforts from a technical perspective. 7.       Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients 8.       Manages client interaction and expectations for multiple or large-scale development efforts. 9.       Anticipates client’s needs and proposes alternative technical solutions. 10.     Continually seeks and capitalizes upon opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships 11.     Prioritize and establish requirements for project proposals and other material for consideration. 12.     Plan, coordinate, and support project task forces, including development of high quality agenda papers for relevant projects, and discuss project progress objectives. 13.     Conduct project research, including liaison with various Departments. 14.     Draft standards and guidance, or discussion or consultation papers, in consultation with relevant task forces, working groups. 15.     Assist the Director in responding to new developments and emerging issues, and to inquiries regarding technical, process or administrative issues  Support the Director in ensuring compliance with due process requirements.
