JOB PROFILE
1)    Responsibilities: ·        Vendor Development/Vendor management. ·        Supply chain management. ·        Purchase and procurement of material. ·        Material  Management. ·        Research potential vendors ·        Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers ·        Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing ·        Track orders and ensure timely delivery ·        Review quality of purchased products ·        Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases ·        Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices ·        Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses ·        Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed ·        Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage 2)    Requisite Skills: ·        Manage and adhere to long term contracts with suppliers. ·        Record all transaction and periodically conduct ageing analysis 3)    Desired Skills: ·        Good communication Skill ·        Pleasing personality. ·        Computer proficiency ABOUT THE COMPANY XYZ is a promise of perfection and quality of high-end products with personalized attention to every piece we produce.
