JOB PROFILE
A.   Regularly check enquiry mails. B.   Send him acknowledgement mails immediately. C.   Forward enquiry to sourcing team. D.   Make a draft of quotation and send to client. E.    Quotation follow up on the phone. F.    Generate the Purchase orders. G.   Sending Acknowledgement mail of Purchase order to client. H.   Execute the Purchase order to Dispatch Team. I.       Sending Dispatch details to client. J.      Sending Payment details to the client. K.   Call and Follow-up for the Payment from the Customer. L.    Clear all the outstanding payment from the Client. M. Make MIS Reports at Month End. Skills:- ·        Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. ·        Should be able to work in a team. ·        Should be very good in application of Microsoft office tools especially MS Word & Excel. ·        Good analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. 1.     New Segment products:- ·        HPLC  Consumables ·        Syringe filter ,HPLC Syringe, filtration kit, ·        Mobile phase filer, ·        COLUMN END PLUG & PEEK Tubing ·        HPLC Column 2.     GC Consumables:- ·        Packed Column ·        Capillary Column ·        Fine control Valve ·        Column adapter, ·        Gas chromatography Syringes. ·        Vials Caps,septas, crimper & DE crimper.
