The candidate will
be responsible for maximising our sales directly & through sales team for
Automated warehouse division for products like ASRS, mini load Systems etc.
The GM-Sales & marketing will be responsible for revenue generation
across products & regions.
·
The candidate will co-ordinate withe
clients, vendors & technology partners abroad. The candidate must have extensive knowledge of the
AS/RS & related products, parts & functions and must understand the
scientific process that make these systems.
·
Prepare
& deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to
customers & prospective customers
·
Achieve growth
& hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
·
Design &
implement a strategic business plan that expands companies customer base and
ensure its strong presence
·
own recruiting,
objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team.
·
Build & promote
strong, long-lasting customer relationship by partnering with them and
understanding their needs.
·
present sales, revenue & expenses
reports & realistic forecasts to the management.
·
Identify emerging
markets & market shifts while being fully aware of the new products &
completion status.
