JOB PROFILE
·         Find new and prospective clients and opportunities, Calling Potential Clients required as and when ·         Follow up on sales quotations made for clients ·         must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries ·         Generating reports on progress & outlines any development in strategies to improve. ·         Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness ·         Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems ·         Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material ·         Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested ·         Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements ·         Submitting activity and results reports, such as daily reports, plans etc. ·         Daily reporting. ·         Assist in other promotional activities as & when required. ·         Prepare reports in Excel, Word, PPT, etc. as per requirement.
