1)      Handling end to end recruitment cycle. 
2)      Understanding the requirement in detail
  from the client. 
3)      Sourcing & Short Listing Resumes
  accordingly, either from database, or through job portals. 
4)      Forwarding the suitable resumes to the
  Client. 
5)      Coordinating with client and shortlisted
  candidates for scheduling interview. 
6)      Maintaining and Upgrading the Database
  regularly 
Key Skill required:- 
 Hardcore recruitment of technical industries
  like Oil & Gas , Petrochemical’s, Refineries et 
Oversea recruitment
  experience would be an added benefit 
Good Communication skill
