Job Profile
·         Responsible for day to day activities of analytical R&D. Checking the analysis data of Raw material, Inprocess/Intermediate and finished product. ·         Preparation of calibration schedule of instrument Analytical Balance, HPLC and GC. ·         Managing Good Documentation practice and Good Laboratory practices for Audit Compliances in ARD. ·         Planning and executing Analytical work Method development, optimization and Validation activities in ARD Lab . ·         Maintaining the analytical instruments in good working conditions as per    GLP/Cgmp ·         Documentation responsibilities included SOPs, specifications, and procedures and stability data preparation of new and existing products. ·         Checking of method validation protocol and report. ·         Checking the calibration data of instruments as per SOP. ·         Analytical method transfer to Quality control department. ·         Checking validation data, COA and Specification as per SOP.
