Job Profile
1.      Responsible for day to day activities of analytical R&D. Checking the analysis data of Raw material, Inprocess/Intermediate and finished product. 2.      Preparation of calibration schedule of instrument Analytical Balance, HPLC and GC. 3.      Managing Good Documentation practice and Good Laboratory practices for Audit Compliances in ARD. 4.      Planning and executing Analytical work Method development, optimization and Validation activities in ARD Lab . 5.      Maintaining the analytical instruments in good working conditions as per GLP/cGMP 6.      Documentation responsibilities included SOPs, specifications, and procedures and stability data preparation of new and existing products. 7.      Checking of method validation protocol and report. 8.      Checking the calibration data of instruments as per SOP. 9.      Analytical method transfer to Quality control department. 10.  Checking validation data, COA and Specification as per SOP.
