Monitor Day to day progress of project with reference to schedule Generate weekly and Monthly report of project to do comparison between planned progress and actual progress and report the differences. Analyze the expenses. Quote Comparison and taking Approvals Preparation of work permit Attending meeting with PM Ad hoc Requirement.
