Job Title		Asst. Manager- Sales Design
Job Responsibility
Candidate should lead & manage the design team. Candidate must have thorough knowledge of design principles of steel structures with software skills for preparation & validation of production drawings, Assembly drawings, design optimization, perform rolled & structural steel calculations as per Is & international codes. To assign jr. engineers team to prepare drawings, BOM etc. To interact with sales-design team & factory to carry out task effectively. To assist in new product development, reverse engineering & blue engineering. To standardize storage systems components, prepare SOPs, costing data, production process plans. release production drawings based on work orders. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Design team. Exposure to STAAD & Ansys will be added advantage.
