Job Responsibility Sales Purchase Entry in ERP Software. Day to day accounts related work  GST working & data preparation (Providing data to CA) Duplicate invoice collect from driver. Daily expenses paid to driver. Daily cash collect from driver. Outstanding list given to salesman Maintain cheque & cash collection report. Credit note register maintain.(as per attachment) Daily NEFT & RTGS follow-up from party. Daily cash & cheque collection figure & deposit in bank.
