Job Responsibility
Job description Critical Laptop Diagnosing and Repairing Should Have Good Experience On-Chip Level Repair BGA (IC)  Critical Laptop Diagnosing and Repairing Should have good experience On-Chip Level Repair BGA (IC) Planning and executing routine repairs and system upgrades Providing technical support, including identifying problem incidents with their subsequent resolutions Desired Candidate Profile 2 + years of hands-on Experience to fix Laptop/Desktop chip level issues Diploma or any degree, with laptop chip level Engineer Customer service-oriented Good communication skills used to support various technical issues and desktop operation queries. Should have worked on Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, Other standard software Ability to work without supervision and to take initiative. Efficient problem solving and multi-tasking abilities. Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc. / BCA / B.E (with specialization in Telecom/ IT /Computers/ Electronics) Additional Technical windows base certification will be preferable ITIL or other certification will be an added advantage.
