Job Responsibility Working on project to project material requirements & planning, co-ordinate with stores & execution of entire procurement process and scrutinizing the purchase requisitions. Cost reduction through development of alternate suppliers and alternate materials. Prepare purchase comparatives statement, work out the costing and negotiation, preparation of purchase orders as per Indent receive. Follow up with vendor about materials supply, delivery schedule and Invoices. Procurement of material as per requirement of project. Co-ordination with vendor for purchase order acknowledgement and timely delivery. Processing vendor Invoices along with verifying with supporting document and submit it to accounts. To co-ordination with accounts department for bill passing and payment. Doing inventory management and assisting in Implementation of best practices for Material Management. ABOUT THE COMPANY  In-house facilities and expertise in all kinds of Fabrication and Printing. Production facilities constitute 60,000 sq. ft. of constructed space workshop at Vasai (Mumbai) and Bhilad (Gujarat) – India. 45 office staff. Skilled labor force of 125 carpenters, 55 painters, 45 metal fabrication workers and an electrical team of 10 members. Infrastructure managed and supervised by four mechanical engineers, three CAD operators and one interior designer. Team of 75+ persons for recce and installation. In-house facilities to process & work on raw materials like MDF, particle board, marine ply, solid acrylic, Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP), acrylic, polyurethane paint (PU), MS sheets and pipes, SS sheets and pipes, LED modules and strips, all kinds of plastic sheets such as PP, ABS, PS, HIPS, PC, etc. One of our major strengths is to fabricate both fixed as well as modular retail fixtures.
