Terms & Conditions ·        Candidate Ready to relocate in Nellore / Tirupati  Or other Location When Project complete. ·        This Project is only for 18 Month, then after Location will be change anywhere in India as per the project.   ·        Company Accommodation Provide only for Bachler Candidates Job Details & Responsibilities 1)     Preparing Bills 2)    Estimating Quantity 3)    Preparation of preliminary estimates at proposal stage. 4)    Preparation of Comparison statement 5)    Order the Material 6)    Analysis the BOQ items 7)    inspection the work as per Plan (Architectural and structural drawing 8)    Maintaining the Record of inspection 9)    Ad hoc Requirement. 10)            Preparation of BBS 11)            Preparation of Measurement sheet 12)            prepare bill of quantities and bills with rates from tender 13)            Checking of bills (invoices) raised by contractor. 14)            Taking measurement from site. 15)            Follow up with accounts for payment.
