Job Details & Responsibilities

          The candidate will be responsible for maximizing sales directly & through sales team in North India. The candidate must have extensive knowledge of the storage systems products, parts & functions. 

1)    Prepare & deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers & prospective customers

2)    Achieve growth & hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

3)    Build & promote strong, long-lasting customer relationship by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

4)    Candidate should have strong business sense & storage systems industry expertise.

5)    Candidate should have excellent mentoring, coaching & people management skills.

6)    Proven track record

7)    Lead in techno-commercial meetings with customers.

8)    Enforcing ethical business practices.

9)    Candidate should have strong negotiation skills

10)            Candidate must get installations of storage systems at customer site- organised, managed & supervised & ensure that the installations are as per standards
