ASSISTANT |
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Fluency in English Speaking &
writing is a must. 2) Maintain Director’s office systems,
including data management and filing. 3)
Process
Director’s correspondence, ensuring that incoming correspondence is being
dealt with by the Director/or on behalf of the Director. 4)
Organising
meetings for and on behalf of the Director and to ensure for preparing
agenda, pre meeting and preparing MOM post meetings along with required
relevant correspondence. 5)
Supervise/
Monitor all incoming/outgoing mails and respond accurately on director’s
behalf. 6)
Any
other duties as may reasonably be required by the Director. REQUIRED KEY SKILLS: (1) Excellent ability to maintain a high
level of accuracy. For each follow up for and on behalf of Director. (2)
A
flexible, pro-active approach to work including the ability to prioritise and
re-prioritise the workflow. (3)
Ability
to work on own initiative. (4)
Ability
to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain
confidentiality. (5)
Should
have excellent command over English and should have excellent knowledge of
working on Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint. |
