JOB PROFILE ·         We are looking a good looking, hardworking  smart& efficient candidate with good & stable track record.  ·         fluency in English Speaking & writing is a must. Once the order is finalized by marketing department, the candidate has to take over the charge & process orders for taking into production.  ·         Follow-up by mail or phone, with customers for payments, dispatches, unloading, site clearances, etc.  ·         Making Performa invoices, Order acceptances. Follow-up with production department for timely delivery of material & also update customers & sales team for the same. ·         Send dispatch details to customers after dispatches. Prepare Delivery order/Invoice details & release to stores for dispatch arrangements. etc.  ·         Co-ordinate with Installation/projects team for timely execution of projects & take necessary steps to prevent any kind of issues.  ·         Candidate will provide administrative support to office, accountants, undertaking clerical tasks such as typing, filing, making phone calls, handling emails.  ·         Assist colleagues in other administrative work & carry out any other task as assigned from time to time
