JOB PROFILE
1. Preparation of MIS report.
2. Daily Data Entry into the systems such as Bundle Entry, Packing List Entry etc.
3. Updating Block Stock Report and submitting a copy of same to PPC In charge and Production Supervisor. 
4. Prepare Sales invoice and delivery challan and get it approved by the department head.
5. Update Bills, reports and other relevant daily documents every day.
6. Check emails and update supervisors.
7. Generate Sales reports as and when required.
8. Arrange for transportation according to delivery schedule.

In absence of co employee:
1. Receiving orders and feedback from customers and inform seniors.
2. Checking a day before bills against manual packing list. If Ok convert the Bills into PDF Format and mail it to Head Office.
3. Handling Bank works such as submitting RTGS/ NEFT Forms, Cheques, Withdrawals, and other letter of correspondence.
4. Handling purchases of stationery and hardware items as required.
5. Maintain Register for Hardware Purchases.
6. Other works as allotted by the management from time to time.
