JOB PROFILE 1. Fill up daily Foam Production report & analysis. 2. Heading the P.U. foam testing laboratory factions & carry out the testing. 3. Maintain and update daily Quality test reports. 4. Troubleshooting & maintenance of foaming machine. 5. Prepare and provide daily foam Production quality test reports to Manager. 6. Assist foaming head during the time of foam production. 7. Identify and recommend to Production Manager in case of any quality changes required. 8. Ensure that all process are undergoing as per quality policy of the company. 9. Prepare and provide Inward quality test reports to purchase department. In case of any rejection prepare Rejection reports for the same. 10. Attend and maintain Complaint Register. 11. Identifying unsafe working practice. 12. Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
