JOB PROFILE - Candidate will be responsible for Order Booking from the existing clients and preparing the sales sheet against that. - Order Follow Up with the existing clients by doing cold calls or by emailing. - Preparation of the sales report on daily, weekly and monthly basis. Presenting the same to the management and updating the any amendments to the management, stock & purchase department & to the production& planning department. - Invoice preparation and co-ordinating the same with accounts departments. - Preparing the weekly, monthly Sales Forecasts reports and submitting the same to the management and production& planning team. - Preparing the sales budget and submitting the same with accounts department, production planning department, printing department and with purchase department. - Handling Cash Customers and doing follow up for their orders& payments. - Sharing Product Technical details to the inquiries and sharing the set of information to them. - Coordination with Freight Forwarders for the deliveries of the FG. - Follow up with other Departments like Planning, store, Production, Finance, accounts as and when necessary.
