JOB PROFILE JD Admin Cum Payroll 1.Preparing and maintaining attendance sheet 2.Providing salary calculation to accounts 3.Communicating salary break up to staff and wokers 4.Facility management 5.coordination with consultant for generating challans of PF / ESIC 6.Ensuring payment of PF/ESIC/PT 7.Data entry of PF/ESIC/PT in tally 8.Providing compliance report to clients 9.Preparation of Voucher, Muster roll and obtaining payment received signature on the same from team 10.Maintaining Personal records of team / Data base 11.FAcilitaining Bank Account opening of new team members 12.PF, ESIC and PT registration of new employees 13.PF application formalities to be handled for outgoing employees
