JOB PROFILE
1)    Job Objective: - ·        This role is primarily responsible for Factory Recruitment, Policies, General Administration of Factory and Statutory compliance of Factory. 2)    Principal Accountabilities: - A.   IR / HR Activities: - ·        Responsible for Liasioning with govt. departments and Managing all Govt. Inspection and Audit. ·        Contract Labour Management and Wage settlements of Contractors. ·        Issue Offer letter, Appointment letter, Confirmation letter, salary slip, ID Cards / Punching Card, Leave Card etc. ·        Maintaining & Updating all statutory compliances and Submission of all statutory returns. ·        Implementing IR / HR Policy & Practices. ·        PMS, Manpower Planning, Employee Engagement, Reward and Recognition etc. ·        Salary and Wage administration, Budgeting of IR & Admin expenses and Cost control. ·        Maintain the database of Employees Joined, Resigned & Retired cases. ·        Full & Final settlement of resigned employees. ·        Query Handling / Resolution of Grievance. ·        Taking care of Factory Recruitments. ·        Regularly monitoring and generating MIS. ·        Training and Development activities of Staff and Workers. B.   Admin Activities: - ·        Reorganizing the Administrative systems for smooth and systematic functioning.  ·        Supervising overall Factory Housekeeping activities, Security and managing all Guest Houses.  ·        Ensuring proper discipline at factory in terms of worker dress, safety shoes, goggles, etc. ·        Managing various Insurance related to Staff / Worker / Vehicles / Machineries / Factory etc ·        Maintain safety at work. NOTE - Candidate should be Must have capacity to handling 350 manpower  1)     Should be working in Production Department and should know importance of planning to deliver production in time. 2)     Should have knowledge of reading mechanical and electrical drawings and know basic care to be taken for assembly of electrical fans and motors. 3)     Adequate knowledge to maintain inventory of all parts and to maintain stock level so that assembly doesn’t suffer due to shortages. 4)     Should maintain overall discipline in production assembly. 5)     Should implement changes to avoid bottlenecks in production and assembly department. 6)     Ensure preventive maintenance is being done timely to avoid breakdowns which may affect production of fan and motors. 7)     Implement and work according to improvements advised from time to time to upgrade quality. 8)     Instruct Monitors in assembly line and achieve production target given by Management. 9)     Should have the skill to increase Production. 10)Able to develop the system for automation. 11)Able to analyse the root cause of rejection during Production. 12)Able to materialise the manufacturing process & its awareness around the team leaders handling the Production. 13)Having 3/4 years earlier experience on the floor shop (Monitor/Supervisor/HOD) 14)Should ensure the safety of the workers, machinery & goods.
