JOB PROFILE
• Clear understanding of customers' businesses and
requirements
• Collect orders from customer on Daily Basis. • Make proforma invoice for 100% advance customer & follow ups with account department for payment confirmation before dispatch. • Prepare order form and process the same to execute the order. • Prepare and check the sales bills with loading slip and order form. • Arrange transport for dispatch as per schedule. • Make sure that dispatched is done as per the order given by the customer. • Scan sales bills copies & send the same to Head office on daily basis. • Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emailsby providing support, information, and guidance. • Arrange meetings with potential customers for the further development of sales. • Responding to incoming phone enquiries and email in connection to sales. • Gathering the information of new customer information. • Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy. • Advising and discussing with senior and production manager for and development of new and existing product. • Reviewing Company sale performance, aiming to meet or exceed target. • Prepares reports Monthly sales reports and summarizing information and analyzing and submit the same to directors. • Prepare and maintain daily stock reports of Semi finished goods stock. • Issue production plan / schedule to production manager to maintain sufficient stock to meet customer requirement. • Any other tasks assigned by the Management |

1. Preparation of MIS report.
2. Daily Data Entry into the systems such as Bundle Entry, Packing List Entry etc. 3. Updating Block Stock Report and submitting a copy of same to PPC In charge and Production Supervisor. 4. Prepare Sales invoice and delivery challan and get it approved by the department head. 5. Update Bills, reports and other relevant daily documents every day. 6. Check emails and update supervisors. 7. Generate Sales reports as and when required. 8. Arrange for transportation according to delivery schedule. In absence of co employee: 1. Receiving orders and feedback from customers and inform seniors. 2. Checking a day before bills against manual packing list. If Ok convert the Bills into PDF Format and mail it to Head Office. 3. Handling Bank works such as submitting RTGS/ NEFT Forms, Cheques, Withdrawals, and other letter of correspondence. 4. Handling purchases of stationery and hardware items as required. 5. Maintain Register for Hardware Purchases. 6. Other works as allotted by the management from time to time. |
