Responsibilities 1) Negotiating with identified suppliers,
providing authoritative and reviewing and monitoring supplies and supplier
performance to maintain adequate levels of supply 2)
Responsible
for the Procurement of all raw material required as per purchase order,
client specification & applicable Standard 3)
Responsible
for purchase of maintenance Spares, Machineries, and Consumables item etc. 4)
Take
all necessary action against the rejections of the inward materials 5)
Carrying
Out all the Purchase Activities & Responsible for any kind of changes in
the purchase process as per the requirements 6)
Managing
the daily receipt and purchasing of goods, their storage and any required
issue resolution 7)
Ensure
timely and accurate administration and maintenance of purchasing services, as
well as workload management of both stores and purchasing’s needs 8)
Carrying
out all the necessary documentation of purchase & Reporting to the Top
Management Directly 9)
Responsible
to maintain the minimum stock level & Taking all the necessary actions on
the requirement as per client specification or as per purchase order 10)
Participate
in continuous improvement activities relating to purchasing 11)
Develop
and maintain effective working relationships with a range of customers, and
suppliers in order to facilitate efficient delivery of goods and services to
client |
