Important Note: candidate experience of sales in construction product like building material - cement, aluminum, modular kitchen appliance etc. Job Details & Responsibilities   1)    Dealing with high end client into construction industry, government sector, schools, hotels and resorts, societies etc. 2)    Managing and appointing dealer network in Gujarat. 3)    Ready to travel to different cities in Gujarat. 4)    Taking appointments of potential clients/dealers and to maximize the company's sales. 5)    Collect market intelligence and competitor’s activities and gather market and customer information. 6)    To achieve collections as per terms of order copy in order to avoid outstanding. 7)    Should able to give quotation to the client. 8)    Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company. 9)    Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers. 10)           To identify product improvements or new products by remaining present on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.                       Skills: a)     Should be Presentable, competitive and confident. b)    Should be focused on delivering the best for their respective companies. c)     Should be able to take initiatives and work on their own to achieve targets. d)    Be a good team player. e)     Should have good knowledge of the industry. f)      Good written and verbal communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi, and English) g)     Well versed with MS office
