JOB TITLE	-	DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER- OPERATIONS
JOB PROFILE ·        Execute established operational goals and conduct periodic reviews of existing policies and procedures ·        Develop and implement cost saving initiatives against benchmarks and drive appropriate initiatives ·        Successfully designed, developed & implemented overall growth plan through capacity expansion, capability enhancement, technology up- gradation, and Quality Approvals to meet organizational goals ·        Provide leadership to team through effective objectives, delegation, & supervision. (Setting day to day targets for the team and monitoring them). ·        Provide guidance and feedback for team members in accomplishing tasks and goals; sets expectations and clarifies responsibilities ·        Ensure effective cost control and manage the use of resources for optimum utilization. ·        To ensure maximum efficiency. ·        Monitoring implementation of processes Capacity planning based upon future business projections. ·        Managing day to day resource utilization, monitoring and optimization. ·        Coordinate with all the concerned levels. ·        Maintaining cordial relations with Head Office for smooth functioning. ·        Work cross functionally to improve safety, productivity, quality and efficiency of operations  ·        Leadership Skills ·        Team work Problem-solving skills

CTC OFFER	-	5 lakh-7 lakh ( Per Annum)
