Note- 1) Candidate Should have work experience in Similar role in preferably from Building Material or Construction Line.

Functions / Key Responsibilities:
v Develop new clients in the designated industry sector and secure job orders from new and existing clients.
v Travelling to various places and identify key markets and identify potential Customers
v Stay focused on Key Performance Indicator (KPI)s
v Negotiating commercials and other aspects
v Supervising all site installation activities and coordinate with contractor, customer and dispatch team.
v Inventory management and track of all the inwards and outwards from site.
v Complete all documentation formalities and ensure timely recovery
v Anticipating and forecasting sales generation from channels
v Executing result-oriented marketing, branding and sales promotion activities
v Database Management
v Co-ordinate with Production and logistics team for smooth execution of orders.
v Achieving monthly targets, credit period and payment collections.
v MIS report to be prepared for decision making as and when required by the management.
v Stay abreast of competition activities, industry practices and opportunities in the recruitment business.
v Build strategic relationships with key clients.
v Develop and adhere to approved policies and procedures.
v Carry out any other duties as assigned.
