JOB PROFILE
1)    Fluent in English, languages. 2)    Minimum 1 years’ experience in customer co-ordination on phone and email. 3)    Follow up for payments. 4)    Co-ordinate with internal departments like accounts, design, production, dispatch, etc., 5)    Maintain and save proper customer data. 6)    Study enquiries and repair quotations and follow up for leads in co-ordination with sales team. 7)    Pro-active attitude.
