JOB PROFILE
A.   Key Responsibility: - 1)    To be responsible for the generating new leads/enquires from international   market/assign territory 2)    To be responsible for managing existing clients and generating business from them 3)    Regular follow up of new and existing enquires 4)    Handling internal leads and converting into sales 5)    Interacting/Communicating with clients and internal departments to complete pre and post sales activity – Sampling, Development, Production, Dispatch, Outstanding, Documentation follow up 6)    Handling customers’ queries and building a good relationship with them 7)    Performing opening and closing procedures of sales and ensuring that all tasks were completed accurately. 8)    Coordination with factory for material and production status 9)    Interacting/Communicating with shipping agencies and negotiation of rates, terms &conditions for export of materials 10)           Follow up with shipping agency for delivery/dispatch status 11)           To be responsible for attending exhibition, trade fairs and clients visits as per the business requirement 12)           Prepare monthly sales report.
