JOB PROFILE
1)     Experience in Event/ Advertising industry is a must.
2)     A thorough knowledge of the happenings in the industry is a must.
3)     Experience or a known- methodology of developing relations with existing clients for repetitive business and revenue.
4)     Good communication and understanding skills in terms of BTL, Events, MICE or media requirements of clients.
5)     Taking up challenge of each of the brief by the client to be converted into a meticulous, do-able idea.
6)     Ensuring a coordination with creative, operations team and keeping a check on time lines
7)     Measuring and ensuring the scale of business including the revenue and profitability targets.
8)     Excellent power points, excel, Ms Word. * Willing to travel in city and outside city.
9)     Good reporting of an event at pre-event and post-event levels.

A.   Business Responsibility:
·        Front end clients, anchor key accounts, develop new business relationships, generate and negotiate new income for Livewire to an agreed annual target.
·        Manage special projects end to end.
·        Understand Client requirements, modification instructions, project brief & event objectives.
·        Negotiate with clients & close the deal. • Create concept presentations & strategies to present to clients
·        Act as a bridge between the Client and the Operations & Creative teams.
·        Ensure the prompt and systematic servicing of all business enquiries.
·        Oversee end to end activities from lead generation to post event summary as needed to deliver flawless and memorable events.
·        Work in collaboration with Operations & Creative teams to grow the events business.
·        Take empowered decisions regarding your team as well as business negotiations.
·        Market Intelligence: Identify and analyze competition and stay abreast with the latest event trends.
·        Client Management: Understands customer requirements and provides timely solutions accordingly.
·        Build innovative strategies to retain key clients.
·        Map key accounts periodically to ensure sustained focus on key account retention.
·        Handle escalations and delivery turnaround time appropriately.
·        Ensuring 100% Client satisfaction in every project execution.
·        Leverage on client feedback and ensure continuous reinvention.
·        Talent Engagement and Development: Provide support and guidance to team members
·        Actively participate in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
